Waste Not

This series features rescued food - ingredients deemed "trash" in our current food system but diverted from the landfill thanks to the amazing work of organizations like FoodCycle LA, Nourish LA, and Food Forward, who are on a mission to reduce food waste and food insecurity while increasing access to healthy food for all Angelenos.
